I had a generally good experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary drink in the fridge – a thoughtful touch. However, I found the room to be on the smaller side. The breakfast was decent, offering a fair selection to start the day. A note for international travelers: while some of the staff members don't speak fluent English, they genuinely tried their best to assist, which I appreciated. Overall, a commendable stay.
A nice hotel and price/performance is good. But, staff should be more friendly and smiling. The other problem was the croissants at breakfast were stale and tasteless. I couldn't eat even one, alternatives should be increased. But the overall is pretty good.
Disappointing. Beautiful complex, but rooms are very basic, air con doesn't work so the room was very hot, no coffee machine, no bath, no dressing gowns, no full balcony. Our door handle also came off. We had staff walk into our room unannounced. There is no gym (there are 3 treadmills on a public landing), no spa, no pool. Also, the doors shake the entire floor so when people come and go from their rooms, the noise is ridiculous. How is it 4 star? I paid 200 euro for 1 night in what is basically a travel lodge. Complete rip off. You should be embarrassed to call this 4 star and charge the prices you do. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice and the staff were outstanding - the only good points .

There's plenty of parking outside, good for those who want to visit Torino but don't want to stay in the city, or for people coming for a game.
‘Scrambled eggs’ are some dry artificial crumbs with weird taste.

This amazing Hotel offers an at-home atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are quiet, the design is great and beds comfortable. Breakfast is full of good choices. Samuel is great. He was very nice to us with our requests. Antonio at the reception was immediately at disposal and Francesca made us a prompt response to our reservation. We felt like at home. Thank you very much indeed. Highly recommended. We will come back!
Nice hotel for business trip with a lot of free car parking for the hotel
We had an excellent stay of 3 nights here: brand new hotel, very comfortable room, nice Italian breakfast (taking good consideration of the corona situation). All of this crowned by very friendly, English speaking and efficient service. Highlight for Lorenzo and Ana from the breakfast area. Thank you!!
The only lowlight is the connection of public transportation to city centre. Only one bus each 20/30 minutes and it took us about 50 minutes to get there. But if you are using your car or will only visit the stadium, the hotel is really perfect.
